The Half-life menu
This menu allows you to access the Half-life panel and offers you the
possibility to calculate a median half-life.

In order to access the half-life calculation methods, you can click this menu point or press Ctrl+H.
Calculate median half-life
After performing normalization you can calculate the median of half-lives for your data. You can either enter a
labeling time here or set a constant labeling time through the Settings menu.
The median will then be calculated based on the average over the medians for each replicate, averaged for all
three types of ratios (newly transcribed/total, pre-existing/total and newly transcribed/pre-existing).
